How much does the class cost?

How much

Updated over a year ago

The course costs $550.00, which might I point out is the cost of half the phone that's probably in your pocket, and this is an investment toward a new career! Not just candy crush and text message, I'm talking fulfilling the pre -requisite for a new career for half the cost of a phone these days :) Not so expensive when you think of it that way!

Our competitors offer less time to complete the course

We give a full year to complete the course regardless of how long it takes for you to complete. This gives you more time for life to get in the way and you jump back in. It also gives you more time to study and use our review materials. None of which our competition offers.

Our competitors provide no review materials after completion when you need to actually test!

We provide our famous ONE DAY REVIEW along with a new State Review dedicated to covering WV Law Code 30-40. You need to study for the testing center to pass their difficult test. We are a one stop shop for all the info you need. We don't charge for random things added on later.

Our price is is literally one price. There are no separate packages to upsell or hide costs.

You might THINK some of our competition costs less but look at the price they offer and what they actually provide. They all offer packages that mislead the consumer into thinking they get a better price, only to sell add on items and increase the cost later. Don't be fooled. We are a fair company looking out for the common man. Our price is our price. No hidden fees, text book add on costs. We provide everything you need unlike the competition that sells a cheaper product and then upsells the rest to cost you more in the end.

So let me explain what you get with our course. When you sign up for our course you get an instructor available in chat live 7 days a week when needed, online login for a full year (so that you can take your time if needed), a companion textbook if you like to study with a physical item, our five study guides (which are downloadable so you can start as soon as you enroll), and lastly our famous review session which is now being included in the tuition cost (was previously an additional $50 and offered in class but is NOW online and added again to your online enrollment and available to study at any time after completing. Might I add that NO competitor of ours offers anything near what we offer as far as study guides and a full review session AFTER the course is completed at no cost.

After you complete the course you have fulfilled the 90 hour education requirement required by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission. You then need to fill out an application and take a background check that the WVREC receives. They (the WVREC) then approves you to take the state exam. We are one important part of a three part equation if that makes sense. You need (1) 90 hours of approved education (we have you covered on this) (2) your state application approved by the WVREC (we will help you fill it out) (3) the background check approved by the WVREC. Sounds like a lot? Don’t worry as we will go over all of this within the class but that's a short glance at it.

The course is laid out to be flexible. It is self paced and I’ve generally seen my students finish anywhere from one month to three months but I guess anything is possible as far as how fast. I just want to be honest and realistic. The course total is approved for 90 hours of education and that’s a realistic time frame of the EXACT amount of time that would be spent from start to finish (90 hours). You’re enrolled for one year after signing up so you can stretch that out as long as you need as long as its under a year.

All that said, let me state again our phone number to enroll (or you can enroll online by clicking the link that reads “enroll now” or “sign up” from https://www.spruceschoolofrealestate.com ) Also if you needed to ask questions. 304-744-1286, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Or I can field a lot on this chat.
