PAYMENTS PLANS and INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS ARE NOW ACCEPTED
We DO offer payment plans now in conjunction with PayPal’s pay later plan. If you don’t know how that works allow me to explain.
To take advantage of an interest free payment plan you would:
1) select to purchase the course on our website.
2) You would then create an account for yourself on our site (which becomes your account for using the academic site. The site will prompt you to do all this. Simply follow along on the site)
3) When you get the options to pay, or pay later, you would choose the PAY LATER option and then go through PayPal’s site to apply for this service.
You WILL need a PayPal account to apply for their pay later service. (If you don’t already have one. Many of us already are using PayPal and therefore you would just login to PayPal. Again, the website will prompt you through all this so this is easier to DO than necessarily read this.)
You will be required to enter your personal information, including your US residential address, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN), date of birth, annual gross income, and phone number/type.
This information is used to verify identity and determine eligibility.
PayPal will now determine your eligibility within seconds and hopefully approve you for a simple payment plan that charges no fees or interest. Pretty sweet. This allows you to start the course with minimal cost, get started and pay as you go over time with what is worked out with PayPal pay later plan.
When you are approved for the Buy Now Pay Later plan you will be able to start the class with a payment of $137.50 followed by 3 more payments of the same amount.
If you want smaller payments than that PayPal could qualify you for a monthly plan that you could decide to break payments up into as few as 6 payments or as many as 24 payments. This type of payment plan does carry a percentage rate charged by PayPal so the more basic way to accomplish this is to stick with the PayLater Pay in 4 which was mentioned first.
For more details on PayPal’s payment plans you can access their FAQ here https://spruceschool.link/paymentplanFAQ
PayPal’s later plan does NOT do a hard credit check on you but does do a “soft” one that has no impact on your credit score. It also requires no minimum credit score to use their pay later feature so if your credit isn’t the greatest you can most likely still get through this, however you do need to verify your identity.
