How old do you have to be to be licensed?

To hold an active real estate salesperson license in West Virginia you need to be at least 18 years old. However, you can take our class at any age to prepare for the licensing exam. We often have students who choose to prepare for the licensing exam while still in high school so when they are 18 they can formally test.
